The Wildwood Condominium Trust is made up of 5 members. The Board of Trustees meet at least once a month. Board members serve on a volunteer basis and each appointment is 3 years at staggered intervals, If their is quorum at the next annual meeting, if not, their appointment will continue till the next annual meeting…..at least it’s supposed to be…..More on this later

Tom Bisbee – Unit 127
Tom moved to Wildwood in 1992 and elected to the Board of Trustees in 2012. Term expired September 2015
Was re-elected to the board in September 2015 because of no quorum at annual meeting, term expires 9/2018
Was re-elected to the board in September 2018 because of no quorum at annual meeting.

Mark Grammal – Unit 165
Mark moved to Wildwood in the community’s second year. He is a longtime trustee of about 30 years, he was re-elected or unchallenged due to the lack of quorum each time his appointment expired, hence self appointed. Mark was also on the Board of Trustees when the Condominium Capital Reserves where underfunded for about 20 years.
Mark was also on the Board of Trustees back 2010 when the Board gave authorization to the unit owners to replace windows with “’Harvey Comfort Plus” replacement windows and ” “Anderson French Wood 400” rear patio doors to a tune of at least $7200.00, while some unit owners had just finished replacing windows and doors when the board made the decision to move forward with the total complex rehab.
At least the Board could have sent out a notice recommending that unit owner hold off with any purchase of replacement windows and doors till a final decision has been reached.
Was re-elected to the board in September 2013 because of no quorum at annual meeting, term expires 9/2016
In 2016 his nomination was NEVER brought forward for a vote, but illegally remained in the seat, we where told his term expire 9/17
In both 2017 and 2018 nothing was stated that he was never elect to the Board of Trustees from 2016, 2017, 2018.
Was re-elected to the board in November 14. 2019 because of no quorum at annual meeting‘

Matt Ettinger– Unit 66
Matt was Appointed to the Board in 2011 for a direct replacement of a Trustee that resigned.
Matt served on the Board of Trustees for a number of years, he resigned on his own in 2014 – 2015 time frame.

Beverly Bedard – Unit 15 Sycamore Dr
Congratulations to Beverly Bedard on her new mission!
Requested by Tom Bisbee and Appointed to the Board of Trustees due to a lack quorum of on November 12, 2019 during the annual association meeting.

Gerri Flaherty – Unit 80
Appointed to the Board of Trustees in the Summer of 2016 by Tom Bisbee.
Was re-elected to the Board for 3 year for the lack of quorum at the September 2016 Annual meeting, term to run from 9/2016 – 9/2019.
Then at the 2018 annual meeting the Board decided to move the expiration dates around or change expiration dates thinking no one will notice.

This trustee’s term now expires at the annual meeting of September 2018, since no quorum at the annual meeting it renews 9/2018 – 9/2021
