The Chronicles of Wildwood Condominiums 
Anyone who had mini splits added to your units during the construction, in particular if they were installed by Energy Monster: have you had any problems? I have three inside units. They left me with three identical booklets with maintenance instructions. When I inquired about the outside unit they said no, don’t worry, nothing needs to be done out there. Was I ignorant to take them at their word? My outside unit now needs to be replaced. Nothing has worked since MARCH! I’ve had no AC all summer. They’ve misdiagnosed the problem once and finally realized critters got in and chewed the wiring – great! I have not even finished paying for this yet! The unit is under warranty, but somehow I am anticipating push back. Any thoughts?
