Is it fare for the Board of trustees to allow a unit owner to hang something from a rear deck and not for someone else?
This happens to be a renter, it been like this for the past 8 months since move in. While others can’t hang a flower pot or put Christmas lights around the railing.
The lights strung up under the upper deck are a nice touch, maybe the rest of us can put up Christmas lights now!
Lets wash our car!

I know for a fact that the Board is aware of the “Kayaks” are hanging under the deck, but I can’t wrap xmas light around my front railing.

I agree with you. The lights on the front porch does look a lot nicer. Kayaks should be out if hanging with ropes the way they are. Why can’t they be stored inside the basement of the house? Christmas lights around the front porch SHOULD be aloud.

I totally agree. I had to take down my 4th of July lights . They where not hanging on the Railing , They where on my Lawn stair on the Front porch. I only had them up for 2 Days. I had a Birdhouse hanging on the Tree on the Tree line 100 feet away from the Building. It has been there for 20 Year. Why is it in the way now. ? I know it is besides the Point , I never put food in the Birdhouse. I have so many thing I would like to write about. This is getting to Long. how does everybody feel about the condo fees going up to $488.00 I am on social security. I don’t know how I can possibly pay any more for absolutely No garage, No play area. No meeting Place. I HATE THE SPEED BUMBS >

The kayaks where removed for two weeks, then returned with the addition of lights strung up over the living room deck.
